8 Steps For OEM/ODM Orders Process
1. Provide All Relevant Requirement & Document
Provide all of your OEM/ODM requirements with us and discuss with us all the details involved, including technical performance and product appearance designs and packaging.
2. Confirmation of OEM/ODM Requirement
Confirm all the OEM or ODM requirements on products, and packaging. And make sure that clients’ requirements are 100% clear.
3. Artwork Document Preparation
We will prepare artwork documents for production and send them to clients for approval before the start of production.
4. Initial Samples or Propotypes
Prepare a sample or a few samples before bulk production for custom products and send them to clients for final confirmation or further changes. Particularly, it’s necessary for ODM orders.
5. Bulk Production
Start bulk production according to the client’s custom requirements or prototypes, previous samples.
6. Final Product Inspection
Inspect and check all finished products by our QA & QC team and send necessary photos and report to our clients for confirmation. And also we can work with clients or a third party for product inspection.
7. Possible Improvement And Changes
If mistakes or changes arise in the products, we will work on them until they are satisfactory.
